All the food at Kiri Burger and Grill is delicious. It's so good that we didn't need to venture far from our accommodation at Sugar Marina Art Hotel to find a place to eat. The staff are all accommodating and helpful, especially Max. They accept both cash and cards for payment, which is convenient. The ambiance is also lovely, complemented by a great choice of music.

Kiri Burger & Grill serves such amazing food we came twice already! On the first night we tried their Fried Shrimp Cake served with Plum sauce and it was delightful! We also had the BBQ burger and the Burrata Burger - both were juicy and to die for! The server suggested Kombucha as well as Organic Kratom for drinks and we absolutely loved it - different and fun flavors! One the second night we started by trying their Fried Lemon grass chicken wings as well as the whipped feta with roasted tomatoes for appetizers. For entree, we had the grilled chicken bowl as well as Phuket’s Braised Pork Belly Bowl - both were so good we could not decide which one was better! We had Malou cold bottle tea for drinks and they were also amazing. Both nights we had the pleasure to be served by Max. He was fantastic! He made suggestions that accurately suited what we were looking for each day and took care of us from the moment they sat us at our table through check out, all with a genuine smile on his face! Very disappointing dining experience. A piece of steel wire, likely from a cleaning brush, was found in one of the dishes. The staff, who could barely speak English, simply took the dish away without any apology or proper response. A male staff member who claimed to be the manager insisted it wasn’t their fault and showed no intention to resolve the issue or offer an apology.

This incident occurred on April 3rd at 1:31 PM. The photo shows all the dishes I ordered, and it was in the crab meat fried rice that I found a piece of metal wire. I visited your restaurant again yesterday, believing that improvements might have been made. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing once again. The shrimp in the pineapple fried rice was not properly cleaned and had a strong fishy smell. When I mentioned the previous incident, a man who identified himself as the manager responded with arrogance and rudeness, showing no sense of apology.
