MINT Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Karon

This place. This place, IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Went here 6/7 nights for dinner in my Thai holiday. The staff are super friendly and quick to serve you. Here's my experience. First night in Phuket: Walked down right next to my hotel to find this restaurant nice live performance so decided to give a try, we were directed to a table immediately by the staff and as it was a pretty hot day they even asked us if we would like a fan next to us, perfect. We ordered our food, huge variety. They've got Indian, Thai, Chinese, Seafood, Literally everything you would want in a restaurant. I ordered a truffle cream sauce pasta with grilled tomatoes as a side. Food came in about 5-10 minutes which was impressive for the amount of people in the restaurant. I poked my fork into the pasta, twirled it around, shoved it in my mouth and felt like one of those cartoony characters when they eat something really yummy and their eyes open to this wonderful bubbly world. Anyway, it was the best pasta I'd ever had. The duo singing were very engaging and fun, took song requests all the time and welcomed people when they walked in. The one single downside of this place was that you can't criticize it, it's perfect in every way. End of first night. Second night: Same thing, walked down into this restaurant, welcomed by everyone, sat down at a table and ordered, also this place has huge menus I don't know why but it's pretty cool. This night I ordered a Margherita pizza, lots of different pizza options though, believe it was 7 or more. It was cooked in a wood fired oven and came pretty quick as the pizza serving place is different to the main cooking area. My tongue touched the tip of the pizza. Rainbows, stars, flying fish. WOWZERIDONKERS. Is this the best pizza I've ever had or what? Yes, it's the best pizza I've ever had. Perfect base, every slice was even with toppings, couldn't ask for more. I'd keep this review going on and on with this restaurants amazingness but my laptop would run out of battery by then. Please, if you come to Phuket, around Karon beach. You must try this place, or else. Your tummy will never forgive you...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hidden Gem at Paradox Resort – Mint Bar is a Must-Visit!

During my stay at Paradox Resort, I found myself returning to Mint Bar night after night and for good reason. The vibe is a perfect mix of laid-back and stylish, making it ideal whether you’re flying solo or meeting up with new friends.

The drink selection is top-notch, but my personal favorite isn’t even on the menu the Spicy Margarita. Bold, fresh, with just the right kick especially when it’s being served by a certain cute bartender who somehow makes it taste even better. 😉

What really sets Mint Bar apart is the staff. Super friendly, down-to-earth, and always up for a good conversation or a drink recommendation. You can feel the good energy the moment you walk in, and before you know it, you’ve stayed for “just one more.”

If you’re anywhere near Phuket, make sure you stop by Mint Bar at Paradox Resort. Come for the cocktails, stay for the atmosphere… and maybe for a Spicy Margarita...

Highly recommend Mint Bar & Restaurant to anyone staying in Karon or Patong. Amazing location right opposite the beach with both indoor and outdoor dining. Food is absolutely amazing and is great value for money. Over the last couple of days, we have had a stone baked pizza, satay chicken skewers, sirloin steak, pork ribs, seafood bucket and a baked cheesecake. Everything was cooked to perfection. Staff are always happy, friendly and extremely obliging. Pom the F&B Manager is a credit to the industry. Always smiling and does everything to make you feel comfortable as do all the staff. I had some amazing “cocktails of the month of May” too and they were the best creations ever. Delicious and refreshing! Thanks to all staff for making us feel so welcomed. We will be back!
