This is first time in a long time, I write a review. The service from this company is horrible. So that doesn’t leave me with any choice. First of all they were not transparent about the costs. I’ve called them. Because of emergency my luggage needed to stay longer. And the told me it’s 75 baht per day. In the end they charged me 150 baht per day. That is big money difference based on multiple days. For the reference this is the most amount of money I even paid in Thailand. And I didn’t stay in cheap hotels or had cheap flight tickets. Second which I think is even more important: apparently paying with creditcard didn’t work at their place. Never had any problems before with that in Thailand. I was very stressed and the gate was closing in 45 minutes. I was trying to tell that over and over again and ask them if they could at least prepare my luggage. In the end talking with them about how to make the payment took me so long that in the end I only had 15 minutes left and even got more stressed. I was forced to ask a stranger to pay for me. She luckily helped me and we all managed to get it done (the payment together). Terrible service & unfriendly/ unhelpful team. It’s a scam, we paid online for 7 days, 2:30pm drop off, 4:30pm pick up. We arrived at 4:20pm for collection and they tried to make us pay in full again- and even add a half day because when they started processing our pick up it was 4:31pm so one minute over meant paying a half day- even though we were at their counter asking for our luggage at 4:20pm.

When we first arrived, we also had issues where four workers had to video call a lady to figure out how to check the online booking. When we were picking it up, it took an hour because they just kept trying to get more money out of us and trying to make us pay an extra half day. I couldn’t believe it. Rip off! At the time of dropping the bags off, the staff said it’s not super important to be there at the exact time as long as we‘re there roughly within a few hours.

When we turned up c. 8 mins late, we were charged an extra hour - at a crazy high rate (much higher than what it costs to book beforehand). Zero customer centricity and opposite to what the staff told us beforehand. Even the manager (Ms. Wansiri) simply told us to pay the very high penalty or go home without our bags.
