This is really one of the restaurants out there that you wish will shut down for various reasons.
Payment. You have to pay before they actually prepare and give your food and orders. This is one of the worst approach to being in the hospitality industry. Clearly, they show that their priority is taking money instead of making a pleasant dining experience. This alone already made the whole experience awkward.
Food. The food is one of the most disgusting, dry, tasteless food I have ever eaten. So on top of asking for prompt payment, even before we had the chance to eat our food, the dishes they’re serving really don’t taste good. Nothing special.
Staff. The worst customer service you’ll ever encounter. The woman taking our order is rude, miserable and just plain nasty. It’s sad that whoever owns this establishment employs such people who don’t know nor does have any idea of what’s supposed to be customer friendliness is. Your staff are definitely in the wrong profession.
They also add a 10% service charge considering their mediocre and rude service. This is totally unacceptable. Very wrong in all aspects. Would’ve been more open to paying service charges if they have assured pleasant dining experience to begin with.
Finally, please close your business. You don’t belong to this kind of industry and this is why the restaurant industry has a bad reputation because of this exact business here exists. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT try this...

I ordered the roast duck on rice, served piping hot in a bowl. The rice was perfectly steamed, and the duck was incredibly tender and flavorful. The taste was well-balanced — savory, slightly sweet, with that signature roasted duck aroma. The sauce was the highlight — a perfect blend of sweet and salty that complemented the dish beautifully.
Another must-try dish I highly recommend is their Hainanese chicken rice. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the fragrant rice paired wonderfully with the light yet flavorful soup. It was absolutely delicious.

This is my first time leaving a review and it's really the worst. The service mind is the worst and the taste is not good. I asked them if I have any beer and they just could say they don't have any except one. But i didn't understand their saying but the attitude was so wrong. which is so annoying. I never thought I would be greeted like this. It's worst on my last day in Bangkok. They curse among themselves for not being able to understand thai language. They gave me the worst and worst service and attitude in front of my eyes. It was the worst. Don't ever come here please.
Just because it's an airport, i don't expect you (black jacket) to speak English, but at least you shouldn't be annoyed, right? The woman in the black jacket especially has the worst mentality. The worst Thai person I've ever seen. My trip to Thailand was great, but it ended up being the worst because of that person. At least don't get annoyed. Please get some attitude. Have some manners. They make fun of people right in front of their eyes by making fun of them in thai.
Food? I left 2/3. I split it. Worst Thai restaurant ever. They shouldn't be here. International Airport and restaurant and workers like them? It's shame.
