Starbucks Suvarnabhumi Airport — Restaurant in Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization

Usually we come here and it’s fine but today we tried ordering our usual customised order drink, but Barista Nava wanted to charge us extra. We explained that we are not adding anything extra to the drink, just changing one of the ingredients; therefore there is no extra charge. We also elaborated that we have been ordering this drink for years without a problem nor extra charge at other branches. However, Nava kept gaslighting us and said there is an extra charge and wouldn’t allow it. We ended up cancelling our order because we couldn’t order the drink, and explained we would just order from the branch upstairs instead; since we know they can make the drink without any problems. She then went to the lengths of calling the upstairs branch to confirm what she thought was right, just to spite us.

We went upstairs, ordered the same drink without any problems nor extra charge. Nava wasted our time & effort for no reason. Clearly she needs further training. Would not recommend...

RUDE STAFF. I recently had a layover for 2 hours had the most unfortunate disgusting experience over this place. The lady who took the order she was extremely rude, I wish had made a note of her name. While there was a language barrier issue still never expected a service like this from a STARBUCKS staff. A Starbucks is a Starbucks, but when you want a semi-decent coffee when travelling through Suvarnabhumi airport you're fairly sure it'll be OK here as the other coffee shops in the airport are not as consistent. This is a shame as I would rather support the local businesses, but sometimes you just want a reasonable coffee after a very long flight.
