One star I rated for this restaurant is because I could not put minus!!!! I had 2 times bad experiences and that was enough for S&P airport. First time I was alone, the staff did not bother to take my order. Few peoples ahead of me ordered the food and got it before I even order, I left the restaurant eventually. And nobody cares. Of course!

Second times was today. Well, I have to admit that is my fault because I always give second chance. Apparently, that is so wrong decision.My boyfriend and I were there, waiting for the food almost half an hour! (If in case management from the restaurant even care, please check CCTV) Many people who came after us got the food when we were waiting.And my boyfriend had a flight to catch. We ordered 2 stir fries beef and mango sticky rice. They served mango sticky rice which is dessert before they serve beef-the main course. (Trust me, I travelled more than 30 countries in my life, this is the first time I saw dessert served before main course!!!!!! The table next to us came and ordered their food after us, but they got all the food and paid the bills before we even got the food!!!!!!!!!

I went to the Reception area to check if they are making my order because few tables that came after us got their food and finished eating before we got our food!!!!!. The guy who took my order was aggressive asking me to go back to the table. I patiently went back. After few orders came to the people around us who "of course" came after us,got their food. My patient is gone. Honestly, I will leave the restaurant nicely for my boyfriend to be on time for the flight if they service by queue not by "who I like to serve". However, this is unacceptable. I am working in hospitality for more than 10 years, there is no way I am being difficult because I know how it feels to deal with difficult guests. BUT... I cannot accept what they do here. It is too much!

The worst service ever in my life is in Thailand, in S&P! It is a shame though because the food is excellent, the services in other place like S&P Mega Bangna is brilliant. My advice to you, don't come to S&P airport if you don't have at least 5 hours because you cannot be sure who the staff likes and want to service first.

I only buy pastries most of the time in S&P but it's my first time to try their food. I find it a bit pricey but everything we ordered was good.

We ordered Baked rice with Pineapple & Grilled Chicken, Pad Thai with grilled chicken, Crispy fried spring roll. Almond cake and Croissants for takeaway. I have tried several Baked rice with Pineapple in different Restaurants here in Thailand and I can say that this one is not that big but I like how flavorful the rice is, the grilled chicken on top is well marinated and properly cooked. The Pad Thai was good, noodles was not overcooked, though I prefer a bit more sour taste for my Pad Thai. The grilled chicken with it is just the same with the one in the Baked rice w/ Pineapple. The crispy fried spring roll was bigger than I expected, stuffed well with ingredients like veggies,herbs & vermicelli noodles, it's not salty but still taste good. Served with a sauce for dipping, it's very crunchy.

We ate the Almond cake and Croissants for breakfast the next day and it was still good, the Almond cake was not that sweet, it's not dry but moist. I like the milky taste of the Croissant.

The staffs were very nice and accommodating, I don't speak Thai but they understand english. Though serving time took longer for the Phad Thai, it took more than 20 minutes, so if you are in a hurry, it's best to ask them how long will it take for your order to be served.

Me and my friends had a bad experience here. We ordered river prawn tomyum soup with rice, tomato spaghetti, salmon with glass noodle salad, a dessert. The dessert, spaghetti and salmon are okay. But First thing is tomyum soup is unacceptable for this kind of restaurant. It is very different from what it’s shown on menu and no vege, just very watery soup with some lime leaves, lemongrass,prawns and mushroom pieces. Literally no vege at all. Apart from the ingredients, even the tomyum taste is just like putting some tomyum powder in hot water, when even any stall on street tastes great for tomyum in Bangkok. So so disappointed to spend almost 400bhat on this because of the taste. Even a restaurant at any random country would have better tomyum soup than this. Another thing is they bring out the takeaway salmon first within 10min when the tomyum has to wait like 30mins++ after making order. My thinking is they should cook and serve the dine in dishes first. And it’s always hard to call the server in this small restaurant.
