BlueCup Coffee — Restaurant in Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization

I've never experienced such horrible service before and I've worked in hospitality for years. The staff was very disrespectful to me.

The cashier took my order wrong and when I went to tell her that I received the wrong drink, she was adamant that I was the one who gave her the wrong order. I know what I ordered. And I know that English isn't her first language which is why I repeated my order back to her 3 times to double check (also to confirm with her my food allergy). The fact that she accused me of being in the wrong was so insulting. She even insisted on me paying again for the drink I wanted when she was the one that took the wrong order. Absolutely so frustrating and disrespectful.

Don't come here....

Despite of many previous comment told that the service is bad I would like to comment in a different point of view. In my tongue the coffee is not too bad and it is fit my standard even too mild (since i like the strong one). The staff I think as many other Thai peoples dont speak english as their 2nd language so maybe they are not too fluent in english, and sometimes seems to be rude or impolite... I ordered seafood Thai green curry with rice and omelette as well as a strawberry ice shake. Very overpriced and the curry was more yellow than green. The seafood was definitely of a high quality though and very fresh. The shake was also really nice. Overall though, the food was very bland and definitely not the final supper I had hoped for after all the amazing food in this country!...
