Fitz Club - Racquets, Health & Fitness — Local services in Pattaya City

In response to the management, I have in fact visited the fitness club and everything I've said below is 100% true. Why would someone spend over 40k per year for the use of a gym with old equipment, very limited classes and a pool. Yes the tennis courts are open to members during the hottest/least busy times of day. Great. Charging hundreds of baht on top of the membership fees for using equipment and facilities does not sit well. You have good reviews but they're mostly old. Instead of engaging in PR damage control here, why don't you react to the fact that Fitz is empty. People are clearly voting with their feet. The membership fee should include all of the facilities at the very least and the use of equipment. Most tennis players like myself have our own rackets and balls but many don't. I went a few weeks ago with some friends to check out the courts and there was not one court being used, the pool was completely empty and so was the gym. We literally saw two members the whole time we were there. Being from the States it was shocking to see such apathy and a lack of action from the management. But I'm just a potential long-term member who has joined many fitness centers, what do I know?
