The Chinese tours have not reached this place. It is on the mountain behind the Bali hai pier and there is some walking down to the sign. If you go a bit further up to the helicopter pad you can see the other side out to the islands. The sign is huge and in the night you can see it from all over Pattaya. There is no shops here not places to buy water, there was a coffee shop but they closed down. So if you want to drink or eat something bring your own. From time to time gangs of youth have made this place their meeting point and its a park so just be careful if you come here very late. Unfortunately there is a newly built condo nearby, which was unfinished due to the legal dispute and not yet demolished, and it’s blocking the view. Nobody knows what will happen to this condo.
