Guyss!!! You have to be aware that this hotel was once a great hotel. Before I book this hotel Ive looked up on past reviews and it was great, the pictures from the hotel for their room was clean and bright. But recently the reviews have been going down and I thought nothing about it. Turns out that its a big mistake ignoring the recent reviews and I had face the same problems as them as well.
Once I arrived at the hotel the atmosphere from it was disappointing. I dont know why but the hotel's receptionist required both me and my girlfriend's passport I wasn't really bothered by it but find it a little weird for them to ask for 2 passports.
Upon exiting to lift we were greated by this dim hallway and had some scent of old and dusty or the smell of the carpets along the hallway haven't been cleaned in ages. Entering out room we have to turn on 3 light switches to turn 3 lights in the room which is very dim. The floor was sticky and was not cleaned well even have some hair and chopstick left under the bed. (It was so dim that I had to use a flash from my phone to take a picture)
After all the stress i still try to accept and ignore everything from the dirty floor, unweavery room and dim atmosphere. I decided why not take a bath first, maybe after a long day I was just tired. To my surprise the water from the shower was so small and it took me (male) showering for almost half an hour when it usually takes more or less 10 minutes, it was so small that i stressed out in the small shower and the space they provide was enough to barely move when showering. On top of that the water drain was clogged and there's a puddle of water and it took ages for it to dry up. The ventilation in the bathroom was broken and it all humid in the bathroom.
Considering this as a cheap hotel but was so disappointed since the past hotels I have stayed was some cheaper but have alot of better quality and well maintained...

I had a bad experience at Mountain Beach Hotel. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong old, musty smell. The room looked outdated and honestly a bit unsettling. The shower area was extremely narrow.it was almost impossible not to bump your elbows while trying to shower.
Housekeeping was another major issue. They don’t clean the room unless you specifically request it, and even then, we had to complain multiple times before someone actually came. We placed the housekeeping sign on our door, but our room was not cleaned.
There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms.when we asked about it at reception, we were told Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning in the lobby, so it's uncomfortably hot if you try to sit there and use the internet.
There was no tissue box provided in the room. I requested one (along with an extra toilet roll), but they never delivered it. The lady near the cafeteria entrance who checks room numbers during breakfast was also very unprofessional and seemed to lack basic courtesy or training.
The rooms are not soundproof at all you can hear people flushing toilets in neighboring rooms and every conversation or footstep in the hallway. Additionally, there’s no telephone in the room, so you have to physically go to the reception desk for even the smallest request.
They had a QR code system for requesting services, but it was useless. We submitted several requests and never received a response.
The curtains in the room and the hallway carpets were noticeably dirty, which added to the overall neglected feel of the place.
I won't comment on the food since we were in a different country and I believe in being open minded when it comes to local cuisine.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel lacks basic comfort, cleanliness, and...
