WATSONS LOTUS'S SUKUMVIT 50 — Local services in Phra Khanong Subdistrict

Tourists, please be carfel for the stuff at THIS WATSONS. They provide the discount that you can buy some products with +1 free. Officially, if you are member on Watsons you can get the discoount. But when I was in cashier, a stuff who has blond hair, said to me that 'You need to buy up to 900THB if you wanna get this discount." I felt it's weird cuz there's nothing that explains about it on the store. So I asked another stuff if I need to buy up to 900THB, and he said "No you don't need to do that to get the discount". This handsome guy were very nice guy, but as soon as he said that all other stuff, even the manager, they tryna make the atmosphere that need to push me to buy more stuff and they kept trying say "Buy 900THB, otherwise you can't get the discount". So I was disappointed to their service. And I actually went another WATSONs on different place and I could get the same discount then!! I swear, on THIS WATSONS basically tryna scamming to tourists who are not good at Thai, and look not get use to live in Thailand. As a tourist, very very disappointed for their fraud and hopefully it's going to be improved soon, so anyone fairly can get same service either you are tourist, foreigner living here or local. DO...

This supermarket is close to On nut BTS station. It’s pretty big and has anything and everything, from apparels, footwear, makeup, skincare to daily staples, fruits, vegetables, sea-food, chicken, pork etc etc.

I’m vegetarian and don’t know Thai so I found it really hard to get anything there. There is nothing in veg that you can get. Moreover, the packages are printed in thai so I couldn’t get the ingredients list. All I could pick for myself were fruits, yogurt or juice. But I guess this issue is not specific to this place. I feel, since it’s a big branded store and Bangkok is a tourist place, they could have separate sections for vegetarian and vegan options, this would be very helpful for travelers. Staff is very polite and helpful though they can have a few people who could speak English or can help with translation to English. They close at 10 PM, their prices are higher than 7 eleven or other such stores but its understandable. Their quality standards are higher and this branded store offers a wide variety and options to choose from. I do recommend this to everyone...

เราใช้บริการ watsons ประจำ ขอ ใช้คำว่าตำนิและไม่พึงพอใจอย่างมาก เมื่อวานได้ไปซื้อสินค้า เป็นสินค้าใช้ประจำ แบรนด์ มาจากเกาหลี ซึ่งไม่ได้มีเซลล์ เชียร์สินค้า พอหยิบปุบ พนักงานเชียร์สิ้นค้าที่ตั้งบูทเล็กๆ เดินปรี่เข้ามาเลยแล้วพูดว่า สินค้าตัวนี้มันเป็นตัวพลัดเซลล์ผิว หน้าจะลอก พูดเชิงว่าสินค้าตัวนี้ไม่ดี จนเราตกใจ เพราะ สินค้าตัวนี้เราศึกษามาอย่างดีว่าควรใช้อย่างไร และ ส่วนผสมที่มีอยู่ในตัวสิ้นค้าเป็นอย่างไร และใช้สิ้นค้าตัวนี้นานพอสมควร ผิวดีขึ้นมาก แต่มีพนักงานมาพูดย้ำๆว่าไม่ดีอย่างนั้นอย่างนี้ พูดเหมือนใช้ไปหน้าจะพัง เราเลย ถามลึงลึกว่า สารสกัดตัวนี้ ต้องใช้ประริมาณเท่าไหร่ นานแค่ไหนถึงไม่เป็นอันตราย ตอบไม่ได้ และบ่ายเบียง แนะนำสินค้าที่ตัวเองเชียร์ขาย ซึ่ง ข้อมูลที่ พูดดีอย่างนั้นอย่างนี้ พอถามลงลึก ก็ตอบไม่ได้ ไม่มีความรู้จริง สักแต่จะขาย ไม่ได้ให้คำแนะนำที่ดี ที่เหมาะกับผิวลูกค้า พอเราไม่ซื้อ พนักงานพูดว่า แล้วแต่! ทำท่าเหมือน ไม่พอใจ และทำเสียงเย้ยหยัน มารยาทไม่ดีเลย ดิฉันเข้ามาซื้อของใช้ไม่ได้เข้ามาเพื่อให้พนักงานเชียร์สินค้าดูถูกหรือ ทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกไม่ดี ดิฉันเดินทางบ่อยและเข้าwatsons หลายสาขา จึงเห็นความแต่กต่างขอแต่ล่ะสาขา และใช้บริการมานานจึงเห็นความเปลื่ยนแปลงของ watsons ขอชื่นชมกับการบริการที่ผ่านมา ส่วนใหญ่ได้รับบริการที่ดีมาโดยตลอด แต่มาพักหลังๆประมาณ 2 ปี เริ่มไม่โอเค เพราะเซลล์ ที่มาตั้งบูล ในร้าน สร้างความรำคาญและตื้ออย่างมาก จนเกินพอดี ทำให้เราไม่อยากเข้าเลยบางที ควรจัดการกับปัณหานี้ก่อนที่ลูกค้าจะหนีหายไป เพราะฐานลูกค้าคือความยิ่งยืนของธุรกิจ ฝากถึง watsons ช่วยคัดกรองเซลล์ ที่จะมายืนเชียร์ขายสินค้า และ...
