Best shopping experience throughout our whole trip in Türkiye. Shop sellers are kind, friendly, patient, and genuine. Many food samples were handed out to us and there was no hard-selling. Staff were determined to help you find what you Iike/ need, and tried their best to accommodate to negotiation requests. They are really honest too; even telling you why they can sell certain products at an affordable price and why they can’t go any lower for some others - namely to do with workmanship (factory produced/ handmade Turkish delights). Huge scam. Samples were delicious, given price per box which we agreed to. Sold “better looking” box for the same price. We asked them to assemble 4 boxes but the final cost was over double what was quoted. Rather than walking out we agreed to purchase one box at almost twice the quoted price. Once home, we opened the box only to find that the sampled product (nougat based) had been substituted with an inferior (jelly based) product. I have been there last month. They are very friendly and their products are very fresh and a must try. I bought the musk flavor mini delight stuffed with pistachios, so yummy!!! Try it with a coffee, it'll take you to another world!! I also got their pomegranate herbal tea, sour and very tasty.
