I will start with - this was worth every penny. Balloon flight itself is an amazing feeling and experience. Flight over Pamukkale - magic. So I made my reservation by myself online. The crew was very helpful and responsive. Within minutes operations center contacted me to assist with reservation, and provide directions to get to their office. We decided to get to the office by ourselves. 5:00 in the morning the office was open and we were kindly welcomed by operation manager. Minutes later we were picked by a comfortable bus and driven to the starting point. We witnessed the whole balloon preparation process. Afterwards we started floating silently in cool morning air. We were happy and amazed. The crew was very professional and they left nothing to coincidence. We felt safe all the time. This was a once in a lifetime experience I can with clear conscience recommend. Ordering this experience directly from locals, bypassing the middleman, saves money and supports...
Read moreWe booked online with this company for a sunrise flight which we were assured it would be as they claimed that was all they did however our pick up time was changed but we were still assured we would be up for sunrise. Unfortunately this was not true. They had over-booked and therefore split the group into 2 with a flight before ours and so we missed sunrise. In addition despite claiming that the flight was approximately an hour it was 31 minutes from take off to landing and we didn't go over Pamukkale falls at all like many of the other balloons that day. I personally would choose another company. We were so disappointed having travelled all the way up to from Dalyan to specifically do a sunrise balloon trip! We definitely were not the only unhappy party on the trip that day as I heard others complaining about how short the...
Read moreWe went on the hot air balloon tour in Pamukkale very early, around 5–6 AM from Antalya. The total cost for our trip, including food, was €156. It was an unforgettable experience with absolutely stunning views, especially watching the sunrise. The only downside was that we were not allowed to bring our 360 camera, so we had to buy their photos and videos for €30, which were not true 360 and had poor shots. They also gave us a diploma confirming we flew with a hot air balloon. Overall, it’s not a terrifying experience, but it’s definitely worth doing...
