AL SAFA SUPERMARKET -ELECTRA STREET — Local services in Abu Dhabi

Very good supermarket all products available any given time . Prices is awesome & great . But many years this incedent happens the service given specially by Philippines staff even cashier's is horrible. They were very rude u can't ask any questions. If u want to try send someone and see how this people is response. Electra / khalidiya Philippines staff is worst I'm seen UAE here . Even there is a one food stall @ behind NMC hospital that store belongs to KM group as well please go & see how is service level given by staff .one of worst staff seen my carrier of life ...

If there’s 0 star I would happily might give! Not having issues with counter so far but always whenever I go to meet section there’s no one! Literally no one and that every single day I go there. Today I waited this guy to finish with his customer in fish section and when it’s done, I asked him the beef he says ok I’m coming… Waited in meet section for 3-4 minutes but he never came. When I go to check he is serving another customer who just came after me!!! Seriously? And another guy of his frn just pop up and being rude too. I’m not a first timer here guys! I am still giving 4 star because most of staff are good except from vegetables staff..I am a regular customer at this supermarket and in the vegetables section. However, I’ve noticed that the staff in this area are not very attentive to customers. Many times, when customers need their vegetables weighed, there is no staff member checking or offering help. I believe the staff should be more observant and assist customers who are waiting to weigh their items. This would improve the shopping experience and make the process more efficient. I hope management can look into this and make some...
