This place is our favorite and top go to place in Dubai. My kids really love spending time in here.

I have 11 and 9 y/o daughters who go to this place almost every month on their own and they really enjoy and come out happily sweated.

Our recent visit to Activate was really disappointing as they changed their rule without notice/ email and not allowing kids under 10 without an adult! We went early so my kids can enjoy the games without waiting for the rooms and the place was empty but they did not allow my younger one to enter without an adult. I even tried to pay for myself to go inside with them without me playing and just to watch my kids but I was not allowed as I was not wearing sneakers!

This incident made us really disappointed and unhappy.

The management could have at least send an email/ notice to loyal customers to help them avoid this issue prior to their visit! All those sign-ups and fill-ups requiring personal details and yet they lack in reaching out their customers and sending...

I went there for the ladies lululemon pilates session followed by an hour of games. Firstly, the pilates session was supposed to be 50 mins long and it was only 40. The room was very under equipped. There were only uncomfortable matts, no blocks provided. The instructor struggled while speaking as it was noisy and there was no speaker or mic provided. The gift bigs were disappointing. The session did not meet my expectations at all. After the pilates class was finished, no one explained the game rooms for us and we struggled to learn each game alone without knowing the rules. Staff also informed us that water had to be kept in the locker which was not near at all. I thought that at least they would provide water inside instead as the games needed us to be moving. some games were fun others felt like filler like they were just there to take up space not terrible but not special

the main issue though is overbooking and not in a small way they cram in so many people that you spend half your time in a queue waiting to play short games while your paid time keeps ticking no pauses no compensation just standing around waiting for a game to be free so you can use the ticking time you laud for

in the end i paid for one hour got maybe thirty minutes of actual gameplay maybe less depending how generous you want to be with the definition of gameplay

don't recommend unless they stop scamming people or atleast have honest advertising that tells you they will over book it

to the owner focus less on making as much money as you can so your business doesn't sink your reviews...
