Wagamama (City Centre Mirdif) — Restaurant in Dubai

I cannot compliment this place enough! I am now known at this branch as a 'regular guest', I probably visit this place once a week. The food is absolutely delicious served fresh and hot every time and the customer service is on another level, I am also greeted with a smile and well taken care of by all members of staff here but I do have to say hats off to their waitress PRINCESS as she has been the most friendliest and attentive. The manager also at this branch has also taken care of us several times. We very often bring our guests who are visiting Dubai to this branch. If you are looking at this review wondering if you should eat here, you should! I can promise you no matter your dietary needs you will find something delicious and surprisingly flavorful, also kid and family friendly. Love Waggamamas and in particular this branch, you will not be disappointed!!

A very impolite gentelman misinformed me by phone, his name is Azay or azaf a supervisor at wagamama merdif center. I cant tell you my desappoitment when he lied near me and my birthday friend that he never mentioned that information to me over the phone. I made a call before coming and questioned him several times and he gave me wrong information and let me drive with my friend during her birthday just to inform me once i was there that he never mentioned it!! I would like the management of wagamama to check the phone conversation of that day 6 december 2024 around 4pm. This gentelman was so rude and didnt even say happy birthday and he seemed to not care about bad review as he told me please go ahead and write a review about me. He was acting like he is the boss of the brand. I would like my comment to be taken into consideration and take action against...
