Centra — Local services in Belfast

Absolutely shocking. I had the worst month ever and all I was doing is purchase some food. I look at the Deli leftovers, and no allergens printed on the label, so I opened the product slightly just to check it was safe for me to consume, and a very rude lady screams at me, and has a very angry look on her face and goes "DON'T OPEN THAT!" and I apologize, but this woman still decides to go on to further rant at me, and she decides to put the blame on me for other things happening around the store. As I was roaming around Centra yesterday (17 June 2023) away from the Deli after that awful encounter with that lady, she watched me the whole time as if I was going to steal something, and I felt extremely threatened by it. She then comes in my direction and watches me from there. I left immediately saying it was unacceptable how I was treated, especially after such a horrible period in my life, even the workers in a shop treat me awfully.
