I would rate them 0 stars if i could. AVOID AT ALL COST! Young girls doing hair with no experience! 5 years experience on instagram and some filtered videos off hair! I messaged Insha I wanted full head highlights she took £20 deposit and told me price £170 remaining. Then she asked for a inspo pic to show the colour i would like to achieve she said send your hair pic. I sent my hair pic she goes thats fine. Day before my appointment I noticed it said service- balayage, so I told her I asked for full head highlights. She goes that will be more money a total of £220. Anyway my bad I should have avoided and rather have lost my £20 then wasting £220 on “full head highlights” that i never achieved. I went to the salon and I waited an hour extra then she asks me what colour i want again so i said what i shown u. She turned around saying i can’t do that colour your hairs orange. Even though she seen a pic of my hair a week ago! I seen plenty videos on her page before and ofter who came with orange and came out with a nice ash blonde. Clearly she could not be bothered or had no products. Then she asked me if i want haircut which every hairdresser does for free after a hair colour service. She turned around and said that will be extra. Like you charging me a extortionate amount of money £220 and then you charge extra for haircut. I blame myself for telling her to continue after her telling me it will be dark, but did not explain how dark so i assumed dark blonde caramel. She bleached my hair left me on chair for one hour comes back oh your hair not lifted its still orange. Well hold on, i been going to hairdressers for years every 20 mins or so they check the bleach to see how well it is lifting. As it was a day before eid and she wanted to finish early she rushed my hair and my hair came out black! Could not see any highlights whatsoever. Both girls kept asking eachother for bleach and toners. What kind of professional are these? They ran out of toners and bleach, and she makes a excuse to me saying i can only do it dark. Either she can’t do blonde or she ran out of products. Worse experience ever i felt like i threw £220 down the drain. Please do not go by the fake hair filtered videos they put up on insta and tiktok then rob us! They won’t get far in life by robbing people with there high prices. In the end i paid her the money as once i agree to something i dont turn back. But i feel bad for these people who can sleep at night knowing they have no experience whatsoever and rush peoples hair. Looks like i got henna on my hair! Please avoid the hairdressers here has no idea what she is doing...

I had a disappointing experience at Beaute by Zeena with Insha. I requested a balayage and provided clear inspiration photos, but the result was blocky and not blended as expected. Also the colour is not evenly distributed all over my hair, one side has more colour whereas the other side does not. The toner washed out on its first wash too. I raised my concerns with Insha, but she was dismissive.

After much back and forth, she finally agreed to a full refund of £215, but only sent me £180 before blocking me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I also emailed the salon and gave 48 hours for a response, but received no reply. Now, I am having to go through my bank to dispute the remaining refund, which should never have been necessary.

I would not recommend this salon due to the lack of accountability and poor customer service. If a business agrees to a refund, they should honour it fully. I now have to go elsewhere to correct the service I...

The best in the game ! I have been coming to zeena for almost 10 years and can honestly say her lashes never disappoint ! I will never look at another lash tech the same she provides the best service and is always welcoming, friendly and full of joy.

The salon is beautiful, providing a safe space for you to put full trust in the service provider.

I have also had other treatments like a blow dry from insha and can say she is the sweetest soul and gave me the best blow-out !

All the girls deserve more then 5 starts for there services and making me always feel comfortable. ...
