Taste review : mediocre The only positive was that the food was fresh Fries were nice, sauce was nice Cleanliness : 7/10

We ordered cheese burger and a peri chicken grilled burger, burgers were OK and to a satisfactory standard, overpriced for what we got and what is already available on ladypool road.

We also ordered a pizza called 'Peri Peri Chicken Pizza', when it arrived it had pieces of chicken tikka on there overloaded with cheese, first we thought there might be a error somewhere but there wasn't... These guys pass off chicken tikka pizzas as peri peri chicken pizzas just by adding some peri sauce on there (mentioned in small print on menu too) , apparently that's OK... Oh the disappointment! Anyway somehow edible we finished it all but a slice (not one to waste food but we tried our best) , tasted more cheesy than anything. Couldn't taste any peri or any tikka paste or flavouring. Might had just been a margherita with diced chicken. Very poor pizza product. Expected more from Mr T.

The items we ordered didn't meet the taste tests unfortunately..There are better places out there.

Prices here are not proportionate to the the tastes of their products. As I said, for the same money you can buy more delicious food in the same vicinity.

I ain't goin in to Mr T restaurant again Fool! (I ain't getting on any plane fool! 😅)

Unfortunately, the food I received was not up to the standards I expected. The pizza was poorly prepared, and the Parmesan cheese was scattered everywhere, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the meal.

When I visited your shop to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and a lack of concern from the staff. I was informed that once the order was handed to the driver, it was no longer your responsibility. While I understand that delivery services can sometimes lead to mishaps, I believe it is crucial for businesses to ensure that their food is handled with care throughout the delivery process.

I was disappointed that instead of offering a solution or an apology, the owner suggested I file a complaint with Uber Eats for a refund. A more customer-centric approach would have been to offer fresh food or a small gesture of goodwill to rectify the situation.

I have documented my experience, including a video, and I am considering sharing it on social media if this issue is not addressed. However, I would like to give your team one more chance to make things right.
