UPDATED REVIEW- after leaving my review, the manager spoke to me to resolve the issue. I extremely appreciated this as he was trying to get to the bottom of my issue. He offered solutions which I appreciated. This shows that he actually wanted to resolve any issues customers had and dealt with them seriously.

We first attempted to walk in at 9:20, the doors were locked even though it says they open at 9 on their insta and google. After that, we were sat down and once we were ready to order, we had to go find the waiter to order our food as he was busy cleaning even though we were the only customers in the shop. Once we got our food, there was a 5 minute delay in between our two plates of food. We also asked for extra toast instead of sausages on the breakfast plate, but they got it wrong so had to wait additionally for that as well. Once we had our meal, the food was disappointing, and gave both me and my friend a bad stomach. Upset as we had previously read good reviews.
