Terrible service. I do not recommend this salon. Be careful of the woman who owns the shop. This is the second time I have had my nails done by her. The first time she did them she bent my fingers back so badly that it was causing me pain. I asked her to be gentle. She did not listen and continued bending my fingers. Today I have been back again. She again bent my finger, so aggressively. I asked her to please be gentle and told her that she is hurting me. I asked for the male to do my nails. He said that’s fine I can do your nails if you are happy to wait. I said ok. The owner shouted at me and said “THIS IS MY SHOP GET OUT”. I had to film her bad behaviour. I was recommended to try this nail shop by a friend since the new owner Thi had taken over. She is amazing, she does your nails exactly how you want them including your toe nails. My nails can last 3 weeks without any of them breaking or getting any chips. Their customer service is also outstanding they always offer their customers a hot or cold drink and a nice welcome.

Came one day before my holiday for manicure (by female owner) and pedicure (by trainee) I am now on day 2 of holiday and my fingertips are still throbbing in pain. She has cut many nails too short and lots of cuts/too much skin has been pulled out of the sides. Thankfully the swelling is slowly going down. The pedicure was great though.
