Laser tag was fun but we booked a package which include private area for birthday party but on arrival they said since there is a bigger group that booked we gave private room for them so pick any place. Why do they double book the place for same time. All the tables were packed and asked the staff to help us clear a table since we cant ask people to move for our group. But they didnt care. Finally settled down on our own after people cleared out after 45 mins. Booked with a pen to draw on kids face. They didnt provide the pen at all. When reminded the manager about the pen,he said its just a pen the staff will give it to kids. If its just a pen why did they charge us the money and why didnt they give it to kids even after reminding about it? They just dont care. Really worst organization. But the laser tag was fun....

The staff is really nice and polite! I've been to laser tags where I had alot of fun and to karts as well. They give you all the equipment needed and they give you a score paper as well so you can keep a record. Before starting you need to watch a short 5minutes video, to have a clue about the rules and tips+ tricks. They have snacks and drinks and a lucky...

Had such a great time with the family. Lovely staff. Paid for 2 laser tag sessions. The arena is pretty cool with the bridge and their setup. There was an issue with the safety video at the start and the staff briefed us and gave us an extra game.
