We went as a group for a birthday celebration. The experience could have been made a lot more pleasurable if communication was clear and all staff actually knew the processes and what was included as part of a package deal. You advertise a free drink in the package yet its not classed as a free drink when you're in there. You are told that the wrist band gives you £5 drinks all night when it's only 1 drink (the Free drink that equates to £5). We was told you could order any main meal - no you can't you can have a slice of pizza with chios, a hot dog or chicken wings. We was also asked to leave the pool tables whilst we was playing as there was another group coming on. We checked after we left and there wasn't another group on at all. When we tried to explain that we was delayed in playing due to trying to get rectification on what we had incorporated or what we could actually have in the way of food and drink, this caused a delay but sadly the staff wasn't interested in hearing that. I give credit to the lady that was booking us in that she tried to rectify it but when she declares herself that they're still trying to learn the packages it doesn't bode well for the company for any future...

Free to enter the. You book and pay for the activities you want to do. Bowling for £8, Pool for £12, Ping Pong for £12, Shuffle Board for £12, Arcade Machines, Beer Pong, Basketball and evening a photo booth 🤪 They have a fully stocked bar and kitchen serving cocktails, burgers, pizzas, nachos and wings. The pizza tasted good, we got three samples, one veggie, one pepperoni and one sausage.
