Very polite workers, very caring, polite. And helpful but out as some. Prices are more than you would expect to pay

Join What they call their VIP Club as you sometimes get a percentage off and other discounts.

There chocolate(s) can be expensive at times, the best idea is to buy Chocolates from there is when it is not a special occasion.

Buy them before Christmas, Easter,Valentines day, mother's/fathers day,or Halloween.

There chocolate is lovely , but they do NOT make Diabetic Chocolate or Chocolate with a very high Cocoa ratio or content and I feel that this needs to be addressed by Hotel Chocolate.

It is said that it is better for you if you buy dark chocolate with a very high Cocoa content. The highest the better for you and your health the best is the Coops own fairttade chocolate or one with a 70 per cent rating or even higher.

They need to think of everything in all different parts like lactose intolerant, people with diabetes, people who have to lose weight and make lifetime changes.

If they did this, they would be helping humanity and also selling their own...

Took a day trip to Bolton shopping on Saturday and called into the hotel chocolat shop. Was served my a lovely friendly woman . Decided an hour later that there was something else I wanted so called back and was greeted by the same lady. Picked up what I wanted and went to pay. Stupid me ended up blocking my bank card , normally not a problem, only my phone battery was flat aswel, leaving me stuck 60 miles from home with 2 kids, one been only a couple of months old, with no money no bank card and no phone. The same lovely kind lady took my phone through to the back office and popped it on charge for me whilst I went to feed the baby. I came back 20 minutes later to a phone with more than enough charge to unlock my bank card and get me home. Sorry I didn’t catch her name, but if she reads this, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. You really made what would have been a stressful situation so much easier. As much as I love chocolate, I usually get completely overwhelmed coming into Hotel Chocolat because of the amount of different products available. Before I walked out empty handed, I was approached by the lovely Laila, who was absolutely brilliant! She guided me through the store, asked me all of the right questions and established my needs perfectly! I originally came into the store hoping to grab a little something for myself while getting ideas for Xmas gifts as I was waiting for pay-day. I've got quite a few allergies, yet Laila was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me which selectors would be suitable for me! Laila's patience and attentiveness has made me excited to visit the Bolton store again, and hopefully I will see her when I return to do some...
