Food was atrocious, The currys were bland and the drinks are overpriced seeming as he sells them from multipacks which you could just buy yourself for better value! The hygeine in this place is disgusting, as the table had the people who were sat at the table before us leftover food between seats and all on the floor, got on my wifes bag she was very displeased. The balding head cheff mr fazz treats his waitresses poorly and even shouts at them infront of customers!! Went with the wife and kids as everywhere else was full and the kids were hungry as we had been out shopping on a Saturday . the waitresses looked sad and unhappy which is not how they should feel in a workplace, atleast make the effort to make them feel comfortable and teach them how to work in hospitality! i asked a young girl who was stood at the door looking quite sad if she could take our orders, to which she replied that she would go get her boss as she ‘wasnt allowed to take orders’ which was also the case when we had to wait 30 MINUTES!!! for the bill as these young girls werent allowed to do what waitresses are hired for. they all looked sad as they stood in the door or either cleaned the restaurant even though hardly anyone eats in there, you wonder why it is? Well when the service is that bad and the food is that much of a bio hazard no one wants to eat there!! Be kinder to your waitresses and actually teach them how to work in hospitality so that they can move on to better places of work! would rate it 0 stars if i could, This place is horrendous and cannot treat their staff kindly as we had been before and the food was at an alright quality,However as per usual the service was atrocious. This time however was the last straw and we have to leave a review on why we are not returning!! the waitresses look miserable as soon as they think you arent looking there smiles wipe of there faces. why make young girls stand at the door for over an hour doing nothing when she could be taking orders! Booked. Table for 6 at 7.15pm in advance of our visit, let them know it was a special occasion as we were celebrating my husbands 50th, got to restaurant 5 mins late, table not ready, didnt even take out name. Finally got sat at empty table around 8pm!!! To a table devoid of anything, they came with side plates and cutlery and just one! Napkin between six, then left again, no drinks order taken! Got some more napkins via the waitress leaving half a packet on the end of the table! Finally got menus which were tattered and dirty, but no one came to take our food order, and our drink took 15 minutes to arrive! The food came and was ok, despite explaining the hot system by means of stars at the bottom of the menu, they neglected to put any stars next to the dishes!!! They forgot our second round of drinks until prompted twice, and then forgot one of the 3 we ordered!! In a nutshell it was an absolute shambles which I made sure I told the staff before I left! There were 4 floor staff on and they complained they were short staffed!! No love you’re just poorly trained!! Don’t go near the older short waiter, he is rude, belligerent and in no way should be in a customer service role. Well, what a diabolical place to eat. Avoid at all costs!! Went there as a party of 10, that must have shaken them up straight away. The staff were rude, we ordered the food and the waiter wrote down what we all wanted yet it still arrived wrong. Well, I say 'it arrived' it arrived in dribs and drabs, a couple of our party were still waiting for rice to arrive when others had almost finished their food. The food was ridiculously poor quality. Bland, tasteless and by the time you get it, not even warm. We ordered Poppadoms, which are a payable item......I say that cause of what happened.....there were 3 trays of them on our table as ordered, and when the waitress came to clear plates ready for our mains, she actually went to take away one of the trays of poppadoms which still had a few on it. We are paying for those thank you, why are you taking it away? There were plenty of staff, which confused me as to why the food was brought out in dribs and drabs by just one waitress. One of our party had to send his chicken back as it wasn't even cooked properly. Anyway, this is DEFINITELY one Indian restaurant I won't be re-visiting.
