My order from Little Dessert Shop (Bolton) for my husband's birthday was never delivered. I ordered using JustEat and have video proof that no driver showed up. The food was simply stolen by the driver and the monies for the order stolen by Little Dessert Shop.

When I contacted Little Dessert Shop telling them I hadn't received my order, their response was shocking. They refused to help in any way, showing zero interest in resolving the issue. It was clear they didn't care because they already had my money and weren't bothered about helping once the sale was done.

I find it shocking and a complete lack of customer care that any place that uses JustEat drivers will then just wipe their hands of a situation like this. A customer is unhappy and their food stolen yet Little Dessert Shop say there's nothing they can do. No offer to try and resolve the situation or contact JustEat. Just happy stealing your money.

Because of their complete indifference, I was forced to do a PayPal chargeback to get my money back for the dessert I never received.
