So the second time they have messed my order now.

First time I let them off because they were busy so fine I let it slide mistakes happen and I work in the food and beverage industry.

It was a burger meal and a cheesy garlic bread with red onions sent my garlic bread for delivery and just made me a standard one to replace which again fine let it slide

The second time it was not busy a delivery driver took an order off my friend and one off me. While we waited for 20 minutes they cooked the calzone they ordered which the cook then turned round and said that the Donna machine stopped working and they couldn't for fill the other half of the order.

So my friends got a refund and ordered a taxi which I was sharing. in the 20 minutes they haven't even attempted to cook mine which this time was just a vegi burger meal so simple put in fryer and should have been done by the time they got there's if not quicker,

So refused to give me a refund and said it will be ready in a minute which I thought why not as long as it's quick and cooked, checked it soon as I got in the taxi which just arrived it and was stone cold in the middle, then the chips/fries where stone cold too so I have had to now actually cook my food.

It's pretty much a joke all that it shows me is they can't work together or even act as a team or take responsibility for making a possible dangerous mistake.

Sorry for the long post but short story don't eat anyway which don't care...

Served us chicken wings which where raw on the inside, we rang to complain and was told we would be called back within an hour, waited and rang them back as no phone call and got told to wait again and same thing happened, rang back and the guy was very rude and made it out as if I was lying I demanded I wanted a refund and he said I had to prove to the driver first that it was raw, when the driver came I showed him and he refunded me (for the wings only, even though my whole meal was spoilt as I’d eaten some chicken before noticing) driver was very polite and apologetic but didn’t make up for how we was treated, however since my partner has ordered pizza as he forgot that’s where I ordered from and the pizza...

I gave it 1 star because there is no option to give none. I have ordered from this takeway 3 times now, first 1 burgers weren't great, second time the pizzas and kebab where also crappy, and 3rd time about 2 mins ago I had to call back to cancel my order which I put in at 2.22am , 1 hour later no sign of pizza so I call back, and turns out they need 45 more mins for delivery or 20 mins if i pick up, so the food hasn't even been cooked yet, that's no way to run a takeway. The only reason i keep going back its because the are the only 1s in Bolton open at ridiculous times.
