Punto Pizzas — Restaurant in Bolton

I've been eager to try this fast food offering due to largely favourable reviews on Google. Sadly my experience may have been a one off, but it wasn't great. My order was wrong and although the manager kindly sent a replacement, there was a significant time delay, and my appetite was somewhat diminished since I had picked at the fires to accompany my pizza, and the shake I order and paid for melted and was poured away later, untouched. In fairness the fries were hot and nicely seasoned and I think this is an encouraging sign that this place isn't a write off. The pizza when It arrived 40 mins later was hot and reasonably tasty. They did rectify the issue, we're polite and apologetic. However, they didn't consider the wasted money on a shake I couldn't drink because I didn't want to spoil my appetite for a pizza coming significantly later. I ordered before 9 and finally ate after 10 - a time I usually consider too late to eat pizza. I will try again given there were encouraging signs but given the hazards of allergens, it is unconscionable that the notes asking for removal of a topping were missed/ignored. This can have serious consequences so it's worth bearing in mind if you have allergens or strict dietary preferences. Again, I will order again in future because the manager was nice and the food I did eat was reasonably...

As a new customer I ordered through their website. When I collected my order the toppings were missing on the pizza. I went back to speak about this with staff their response was that my note said half chicken half tuna and they only look at the notes so they ignored the rest of the toppings. But tell me how as a first customer I was supposed to know that ? If they were unsure they could have rang me to clear the doubt. does this mean if a customer doesn't put anything on the notes they make plain pizza according to their logic. Furthermore the staff didnt even offer to make a new one or anything to compensate this just told me to ring in next time before ordering....
