The Dragonfly — Restaurant in Bolton

It's a great pub/nightclub with fantastic events and offers constantly happening every week. Their drinks are really well priced and the atmosphere there always makes you want to dance and really enjoy yourself. The DJ was a bit of a creep (DJ DK) but the staff there were lovely and really good on the bar. The toilets however are absolutely revolting. There is moss growing in the cubical of the male toilets. Other than that, great pub and venue.

UPDATE: The drinks are incredibly overpriced and sometimes they will change the prices of drinks throughout the night. What the hell? I’ll go and get a bottle of VK for £3 then an hour later...

Woman serving looked like has didn't want to be there and was very unpleasant! And barely said a word... Woman who brought our food was lovely though

Meals..... jacket potato was microwaved and soft skinned although menu said crispy oven baked

Chips were cheap french fries over cooked hard and dry Menu said hand cut chips.. these are no longer here

Kids meal... fish finger were rock solid and dry

Chicken tikka curry. .. chicken wasn't right but curry was spot on

Overall experience was poor... I only liked the woman who brought our food

Actually delivered to the pub very central in Bolton on the square Staff were so friendly and helpful . Locals were also very friendly actually enjoyed the delivery and had a few good laughs with the locals (the barrels were also happily recieved) . Wish I could have stopped for a drink but obviously the van don't drive itself (yet) . Could be a weatherspoons type pub with very reasonable prices will definitely call in for a beer if...
