We came here for the first time, and what will most definitely be the last time.

We booked online because as with other indoor parks they have restrictions on the number of visitors at one time. We went on Saturday late afternoon, so you'd think it's peak time but so long as you book you should be OK.

Once we got there we realised there were more people who had NOT pre-booked, than did. Went up the stairs and found it was way busier than I expected. I quickly realised they didn't have any visitor number restrictions. Because of that, all "attractions" are super busy.

There's a fair amount of seating, and a few birthday/function rooms but they were all packed with a lot of parents standing around because of the lack of seating.

The floors were filthy! Tables were never cleared/cleaned in the 2 hours we were there. Visitors were doing it themselves where they could but no bins are provided to discard your empty food trays/boxes. Maybe there are, but they're not marked or easily accessible which is probably why the seating area is so filthy.

It doesn't look like there's any requirement for grip socks. Most kids playing in regular socks or barefoot. We weren't even asked to sign any waivers!

This place really needs to get capacity restrictions put in place. It'll allow staff to keep on top of their jobs and ensure they can actually maintain health and safety standards. You can tell they're all massively overwhelmed.

Also please consider the environment when selecting music! Blu Cantrell, Notorious BIG, R KELLY (I mean, come on.. Do you know where he is right now and why?)! This isn't exactly appropriate music for a kids play venue.

I bring my little boy, who is under 5 quite often to flip out and today we were turned away because we arrived at 11:30 and were told the next session would not begin until 12pm. She explained that we would only get half an hour if she allowed us in at 11:30. I usually pay £7 for my son and £2 as a spectator. On a couple of occasions my mum has joined us but we have never been charged for her as a spectator until today. On our return we were charged £11 by the same member of staff who turned us away, and i questioned this because i was firstly confused about the time dispute and that the price had suddenly increased. The member of staff explained that she just followed the rules and asked if we would rather not go in, usually I would have walked off at this point but my four year old having already been turned away once and just about to have his wrist band put on, would have been extremely disappointed. The staff member said she would remove one spectator fee, in her words; to make sure we were happy going in. Although I was still very confused about the pricing because she only took £1.50 off of the total bringing it to £9.50 instead of the usual £9.00. Your website states £7 under 5’s and £2 for a spectator. So I do not understand what the other 50p was for? After being inside for 20 minutes a member of staff called out a colour band to exit the soft play area, but we were told by the aforementioned staff member on arrival that sessions start and finish on the hour. Just had my sons party here today and my god what a shambles. Paid £220 for 12 kids was supposed to be 2pm till 4pm they told me to arrive 20 minutes early, they didnt let us in until 2.10pm so 10 minutes into the party time. I had to speak to different staff all of which were completely useless. The food they provide for parties is shocking. They got pizza a bag of crisps and a doughnut which tasted disgusting! They did substitute 5 pizza meals for hotdogs for those that couldnt have pizza but that was the best they did. I was supposed to have someone there for ny party like a party person but they were no where to be seen. Had to wait for a knife because the other party was using it i mean really just the one knife? I had to cut my cake myself even tho i was told they would. I was running about doing everything they did nothing. We all had to wait in the lobby bit with another party and general public and it was chaos! Too many people was completely mental. Then upstairs the little kids were getting hurt all the time because it was so busy no one manning the football pitch and there was way too many kids in there. Place was scruffy and dirty.
