Bought a second sibyl necklace (as I lost my first that was a gift) and has the loveliest interaction. The seller was so kind and friendly and helped me not only get the product I wanted, even asking the workshop to finish a piece for me, but also chatting about other jewellery preferences and styles so I felt right at home. I ordered a Sibyl necklace after finding a collection of early Sibyls made of pewter whilst sorting out my Mothers things. Unfortunately the original parcel was stolen. Although not Diana Porters fault they replaced the necklace sending out another one within a day.

The customer service was absolutely top notch, Claire organised the replacement quickly and I now have a piece of jewellery that I’ll treasure forever.
