This store is the most amazing vintage shop in this city , I’ve just had the most amazing experience ever with the two loveliest people I’ve ever met . I got stuck in a dress embarrassingly and started to panic but these two members of staff helped me through it and despite me offering to pay let me off with the £1 dress and shirt and knocked off the price of this shirt I also wanted . I couldn’t have been more amazed with how generous and beyond lovely these people were and for being so supportive and not judgemental at all despite the state I looked stuck in a dress ! Read moreThis shop was great when it first opened. Used to be able to find some real quality gems for reasonable prices. However, over time this shop has gone down hill. Staff are lovely and it is well laid out however clothing is overpriced and the items are not strictly ‘vintage’. I’ve seen both H&M and pretty little thing labelled as ‘premium vintage’ which is just ridiculous. If I’m purchasing something ‘premium’ and ‘vintage’ I expect it to be high quality, from a respected retailer and atleast 15 years old. Not some cheaply made fast fashion...
Read more98% Adidas and Nike tees that were cool in year 8. The exact same stock you can get at the kilo sale 200m away. Out of a whole 2 story building there was one tiny 2 foot long rail of actual vintage graphic tees (usa tourism/animal print) everything else was was sports related bar some Mickey Mouse stuff in a dark corner downstairs.
