wasn’t very impressed, it was my first time dealing with them. Phoned on Sunday to ask about lorcana card stock for me and my friends, its 40 miles to the shop so wanted to make sure they had what we needed in. I was informed by Kay that the delivery would be arriving the next day (Monday) I asked if I could reserve the stock we wanted, she passed me on to a gent (whose name i do not remember). I passed along my shopping list 4 boxes (we did originally want 8 so all 4 of us had two to open but this was too many to be fulfilled which was understandable), 4 troves, 2 gift sets and one if each starter deck. He said it would be no problem and gave me the pricing so I could bring the right money. I rang at midday on Monday to double check that my list was still ok, Kay said it was except for one of the gift sets as they did not receive them on the delivery. I agreed that was fine. At 1pm the same gent rang to inform me that they now could not fulfil my order except for a few starter decks, 24 booster singles and a booster box as their regulars took precedence and I was not the only one wanting stock off the delivery. I would have still been ok with this except for he said he would ring with his next delivery date and hasn’t. Honestly disappointed by the overall customer service or lack thereof. Way to loose over £800...

Great little place to chill out, whether you're into games and Geeky stuff or not. They have a really fun selection of milkshakes, plus teas and such if you're not in the mood for something so sweet. The guy who runs the place is extremely affable and friendly.

Regarding Geekery, there's a wide selection of games to play, and lots of scheduled sessions to check out, for players of all ages, but definitely a bit of a slant towards younger folks, which is excellent as there seems to be so few safe spaces and activities for children and youth to go to get out of the house and stay out of trouble.

I love dropping in whenever I'm in town and just hanging out, as it's usually pretty quiet and open into the evening hours. The only other places open after 5pm tend to be boozers, and sometimes one wants a sober space to hang out...

Great selection of milkshakes and other food and refreshments, as well as a good stock of DnD, Pokemon merchandise and up to date packs for most card games... Also an interesting selection of board games for sale and available to play.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff always happy to assist and interact with customers, my kids love this place. Personally I enjoy painting in this usually calm and relaxed atmosphere, although it can be a bit louder on weekends during and after kids clubs.

Definitely worth a visit for anyone with children interested in Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! MTG, DnD or card/board games in general. Would recommend a coffee and bacon roll or for something different one of the...
