TERRIBLE INPOST.COLLECTION POINT Collecting my Inpost parcel was a nightmare. The staff member on duty was totally unhelpful, I was told to just to rummage through two large bags full of parcels. There was absolutely no organization or sorting. Parcels were even out of the bags, piled up on boxes. There was no safeguarding of customers’ parcels.

I had to spend about 15 minutes searching through parcels until I eventually found mine. When I asked for assistance from the staff member he just shrugged and was of no help.

As a customer I expect what other Collections Points offer, namely the staff member can quickly locate your parcel by the date delivered. They are providing a service on behalf of Inpost and should do so professionally.

I would strongly suggest that you either inspect this establishment and review their procedures and organisation,  giving them a timeframe within which they should drastically improve the service they provide to customers.  Or simply remove them and Inpost collection point. As it currently stands, they are giving a very bad impression of Inpost,  which I'm sure you do not want to allow...

This place is a major trip hazard due to all the Isles being full of stock (as it always is) and an accident waiting to happen, especially for the blind or partiality sighted or for those (like myself) who have mobility issues. God knows what would happen if there was a fire as the Isles ARE the fire escape!!!!. Time to repirt them to the fire brigade before it all ends in...

Miserable attitude and rude service! Trying to collect a parcel that one had missed and and been delivered to this shop, is an unpleasant challenging experience. They never know how to use their scanners and instead of providing an apology for their incompetence, they begin to argue with the customer. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid...
