KFC Bristol - Eastgate Retail Park — Restaurant in Bristol

Waited for 40 mins for food as no chicken was ready and had to be cooked. I was told would be ready in 20 mins. After waiting 20 mins I was told another ten mins by different member of staff, after waiting around 40 mins I then asked again and was very rudely told that I had my order already. I asked to speak to manager and the man who was now serving (a different man who had just come on the till) The man spoke to me so rude and degrading that two other customers who were waiting for food came over to me and told me they heard the way he spoke to me and advised me that I had better make a complaint as soon as I get home as it was uncalled for to speak to me the way he did. The man (Syed ALi) also told me he was the manager when I asked to speak to someone, which I find hard to believe. I will never visit this store again. I left store without my food and got a refund instead after the man had told me he had already gave me the food, which he had not. After showing the man my receipt and my friends receipt to prove to him that I had not had my food, it was my friend who had her food which was exactly same order as mine but I did not get my order as I had to wait for chicken to be cooked. Syed Ali looked at both receipts and could obviously see he made a mistake but I got no apology from him, the rest of the staff did not intervene when I was asking the man to ask his staff members and they will tell him I have not had my food. I will not ever be visiting this store again. Rude, uncalled for, bad manners and embarrassment for no reason...

Where to start, the staff here are shocking.

Came in with my 91 year old grandmother and mother, sat down and saw dried gravy all over the table. Restaurant had 2 customers in. A staff member was on 'cleaning duty', asked him if he had a cloth to wipe the table, he half heartedly wiped the table with a dry cloth that does nothing to dried in gravy. He huffed and walked away. Then took grandmother her to the bathroom the floor was completely soaking wet she almost slipped. This wasn't just a little water, the entire floor was wringing wet. All it needed was a dry mop to save someone hurting themselves. Remember this was an empty restaurant with staff stood around. My Mum told the counter staff who did nothing the 20 minutes we were there.

I used the men's after finishing our meal and was the same, shiny tile floor with no grip, sopping wet all over. Was like an ice rink in the shoes I was wearing. As we left I asked for the manager, who said he would look into it. I've never been so shocked at an empty restaurant full of staff in this state of cleanliness. No excuse KFC. Will not be back. Staff are always moody whenever you walk in and it doesn't feel like a friendly atmosphere at all.

I ordered a meal on the self service machine and received the receipt with .y order number on there.

While I was waiting for the food one of the staff called me and said unfortunately they only have 2 chicken legs left and that he is sorry for the inconvenience.

I paid with my credit card at the self service machine and whenni asked when I would be getting my money back he said in 1 days time.

So now I have to wait a day for my money to be paid back into my account after I made the order.

Very unprofessional in that they have no idea who's ordering and what stock they have left.

I experienced another incident at that particular KFC when the chicken burger I ordered was like rubber it didn't resemble anything like a chicken it was more like ageing rubber I had to take it back.

Tonight was my last visit at that KFC unfortunately they have lost a good...
