My wife and I have take our Granddaughter to this softplay about 20 times and apart from the odd occasion when a 'Couldn't Care Less' parent allows thier either badly behaved 4-6 year old or 10 year old bully to run riot, it's just about tolerable in there. But... Today was unforgivable and a disgrace of both 'Staff mostly' but parents complete inconsiderate and ignorance of thier children's actions. When we arrived, only 4 cars in the front car park, then a troop of 6 or 7 mothers arrived with approx 10 kids, age 6 to 14 or 15. They were holding running competitions UP the slides, knocking over every child/Toddler in thier way, In complete view of the 2 young girls. I.e Staff.!!!! Then a further troop of another 4 Mums arrived to join then, each with 2 or 3 more 'Big' kids to perform disgracefully, again in front of these 2 staff members. We left to preserve our 3 years olds arms, legs and save her from injury. The staff are completely pointless.! Health and safety rules are pointless if not strongly enforced by the staff. I can understand why the carpark was empty and still only 4 cars on the car park when we left. So, these troops of mums must now be local and brought to the area recently. Such a shame... Any one with a child under 14.... think twice...

Prices are okay, activities for older kids seem fine, lots of running and sliding, enough to occupy most children for 90-120 mins.
Youâre not allowed to take good or drink inside, I suspect this is partly to monopolise a captive audience but partly to reduce the risk of allergies getting in there and that makes great sense.
The baby soft play area is a little less impressive. Few of the toys work and they are all a bit dirty to be blunt. In all honesty, the little one didnât care about the dirt and he probably wasnât that bothered about the toys not working, I just wonder if he might have enjoyed it more if they did more (as intended).
Either way, we managed to distract an 8 month old and a 6 year old for a good 90 mins on a rainy bank holiday weekend and weâre...
Read moreIf like me, you have an inquisitive, wild child that you need to watch like a hawk, this is a great place to come. The layout is great, a lot of different variety of play; small softplay for young ones, bigger softplay and football cage so you can keep all the kids entertained, with a seating area for parents to watch. There is a no access to children exit which is always a bonus for me when my child tries to make a great escape. The cafe is lovely, clean with a great menu even including warm meals. The staff are very friendly and welcoming which is great to see. The toilets were quite clean for a children's establishment too. The only downside and it is very minor is the fact that parents also have to pay to go in. This is a gripe of mine but it is quite normal practice for most large soft plays these days. I would absolutely recommend Noahs Ark if you have never been, definitely...
