Avoid! Had a delivery which was inedible. The meat (supposedly lamb) was incredibly tough and chewy. It was also cold and bland with little flavour.

I called to ask that the driver return to collect the order less than 2 minutes after it arrived. The manager was incredibly rude, muttering expletives and "Oh my god" under his breath and essentially defending the toughness of the meat saying it was "mutton".

It's rare that my wife and I treat ourselves. The kids were in bed, the food arrived and our evening plans were ruined by poorly cooked food and utter contempt from the manager.

I will not be ordering from them again and have advised my family and friends to avoid them as well.

I am understanding but please also understand from the customers perspective. It did take around 20 minutes...so one was anticipating a delicious lamb Bhuna.

The lamb is the main ingredient so when it is not up to the standard expected it is disappointing. Established for 22 years which is commendable. I would have tried a piece of the lamb to ensure it was cooked and was tender before handing over to the customer.

I guess as I have tried a fair few lamb Bhuna dishes I expected the same delicious tender lamb pieces. The lamb was cut in quite large pieces and I had to cut them to smaller pieces. Maybe the lamb pieces were too large to tenderise in the time allocated?!

I have given this place 5 star earlier however this time I would like to just give one star for the below reason -

I felt that the staff didn’t even take time to explain me the price when I said I need the curry on the side. The curry on the side was priced at 5.50£ which is what I mentioned.

I mentioned I need mushroom curry whereas garlic mushroom and one another variety was 5.50£

And when I arrived the gentleman said sorry we started making and we don’t do mushroom curry as a side.

My point is you did not communicate. You should have explained me various similar priced mushroom curry that I requested. I didn’t want the food to go waste hence I was asking for a smaller portion. I prefer if you are more honest in dealing with the customers. Not going to...
