I recently visited Louisa for some help dealing with the beginnings of teenage changes to my daughters skin. I was looking for guidance and support for us both as there are so many products available it can be a minefield. We went on the recommendation of a friend and could not be happier that we did! I had never had a facial before and I’m so pleased I chose to have my first (and several after) here! Louisa is fantastic, having me in for a consultation first and recommending products for my problematic skin (and when one of them didn’t agree with me she was happy for me to return it and even offered to look into alternative products for me!)
