The club itself isn't bad at all.... However, firstly the customer service is utterly appalling, I saw one of the cleaning staff In the toilets climb over whilst someone was in the stall because he thought they were doing drugs, they clearly weren't and this has to be breaching some kind of law. This is only the start, the bouncer wouldn't let me and my friend back in to get my coat because he claimed we were too out of it ( I managed to have a clear and punctual conversation with him despite his accusations) this claim was also absurd as I managed to get into under the prom and a club in Gloucester with zero difficulty. My key was in this coat and my only phone charger. The next day I rang them, and the number claimed to be invalid. I left it for a day. The next day I sent two queries regarding claiming my coat back via the official website. Still no answer. The day after I sent them a Facebook message, again unresponsive. It had been a few days later and I kept phone and messaging them. Still nothing. About 5 days later I send them an Instagram message, surprise surprise, no answer. 7 days later I send an email. Nope. It has now come to a stage where I have commented on Instagram, phoned all given numbers and commented on their Facebook page (which they are clearly active on) and there has been no reply. This is absolutely unacceptable as it has now been 2 weeks. I will look into getting some form of compensation for the £150 jacket, they £20 charger and some form of renumeration for the key. I will also add I became very ill as I was left in the rain no coat as my arranged plan was based around staying in the club. I had a very disappointing experience at this nightclub on Valentine’s night. When I ordered a drink at the bar, one of the staff was unnecessarily rude and asked me if I had any manners—completely unprovoked. I was polite when ordering, so this came out of nowhere.

I initially spoke to the bar manager, who told me to “understand that it’s Valentine’s Day,” as if that excused the attitude I received. Unsatisfied with this response, I then spoke to the actual manager, who seemed completely unbothered. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she asked me what I expected her to do about it and said all she could do was “talk to her.”

To make matters worse, after I made my complaint, my friend tried to order a drink and was instead given plain tonic water—something they hadn’t even asked for. The staff refused to issue a refund and made them wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get the correct drink.

The attitude of that one staff member completely ruined my night, and I ended up leaving early. On my way out, I saw the same person aggressively shouting at two other customers.

Don't about the actual club. But, I wasn't able to get in to the club because of some boogie ass fat head bouncer how would not accept my ID because it didn't look like me. He Kicked me out and wanted to start a fight, when I wanted to go in to take my Friend ( who has asthma) out of the club, he told me that he doesn't care, I was explaining to him that she could die and he REPLIED WITH "I DONT CARE", This bounced should not only be fired but he should change his career path and get some help because I'm worried that in that fat head of his, he doesn't have a freaking brain. I would file a complain on this man but I don't know how to, But overall, my friend told me she enjoyed the club. So when you get past that dumbass bouncer, you should enjoy your night. Also I'm probably gonna get banned from ths club but I'm never gonna go back because my "Passport picture doesn't look like me".
