I placed an order online for a duvet to be cleaned. I opted to take the duvet into the laundry in-person. Upon arrival I was dismissively told "we don't clean duvets". I explained that I had already paid for the order online so they grudgingly agreed to clean the duvet. I was told it would be ready to collect in a week's time. One week later I headed back in to collect the duvet, only to be told "Oh I haven't cleaned that yet..." Rather than receive an apology, I had to be the one who asked when it would be ready. When the duvet was eventually ready for collection, I was told by another staff member "we don't do duvets". Only once I had explained this whole saga was she able to find my duvet and hand it over to me.

A complete waste of my time and petrol. If you do not provide services then do not list them on...

One of the strangest businesses in Edinburgh. They have a very comprehensive, easy to use, online payment system where you can place orders for different garments to be cleaned and they take your money very quickly, but then give you no follow up as to when the items will be collected. You're just supposed to leave them out and then they basically come and pick them up/drop them off just whenever they feel like it, and if you're not in, they'll come back tomorrow or the next day. Great if they happen to catch you but if you're a busy person or "work for the Scottish Government" and they boast many of their clients do, it's not great just to have to just wait in all day until they can be arsed - but then even whey they can, you wouldn't know about it cause they...

So very pleased with the level of service I received using the laundry for the first time. I took all my brothers heavily stained shirts and jeans etc and they all came up great. So did the shorts and t shirts. The staff even cleaned his leather jacket that was in the bags and 3 back packs. Such a personal service and the price was very reasonable for the amount of items and weight. I fully recommend Chinese laundry at the grange.
