Pizza House — Restaurant in Coventry

Please note, when looking at any replies from this company, that it of there stunning 22 one star reviews, almost half of them mention rude bad disgusting customer service, yet every replies says "we weren't rude" So to clarify, lots of individuals say your rude and give bad customer service, and it's just yourselves who can't see it and wish to blame your customers, go figure.

Also, I had phonecalls after walking out of this establishment, without even ordering due to how bad the service was, with threats in calls including we know your car, we'll give you, and so on, (police informed and provided with the recordings)

Shame, cos this place used to be half decent if you were desperate, but walked in tonight to see 2 rats behind the counter

Needless to say, ate elsewhere Council informed

I'm adding this edit due to being accused of lying To be very clear, 2 rats have been seen behind the counter of this shop The description of the rats is as follows Fully clothed, 2 legged, female Like I said, not lying, the same to rats are always there

As for rude, if you wear ear pods, don't moan about not hearing customers

And seeing as the latest review before mine clearly states rude service 3 months ago, I guess it's a long term issue Will not tolerate bad service from companies whom I spend with, so I'll take my business elsewhere

I ordered 2 15inchs pizza and 2 large 7ups, it took more then 30 minutes to deliver, so I pay the deliver man £26 then he gives me the things, after that I call them to tell them u diliverd the wrong thing and they gave me coal and the pizzas were hot so he tells me that I am losing and he will come there him self. Then I said ok but I am not lying. So 15mins late he comes i give himthe coal and he gives me the 7up, then he said show me the pizza, then I did. After that he tell me there is nothing wrong with it, so I tell them you can't tell if a pizza us hot unwell you tast it, so he does then he said your right and gives me a diffrent pizza with diffrent topping;But, before that I told him I am not going to buy from the shop anymore, then he starts shouting in his language then hand me the pizza then I shut the door then he drove off. After that I look at the pizza and it was the wrong...

When I first phoned up I was ordering food for a vulnerable relative, the person who took my order was understanding and took my order perfectly, when the food had arrived at my relatives the order was missing certain things such as chilli sauce and had minimal lettuce, I called up to ask about this and enquired about it and I was talking to the person over the phone there was a female in the background who was shouting and causing an uproar, during the phone call I was told that they had never received a complain but the way they had reacted when I phoned up was absolutely disgusting, will never be ordering from here again and will be telling all friends and family how shocking and disgraceful this...
