The New Stadium Cafe — Restaurant in Coventry

Real shame. Been using this place once a week since it changed hands. Never been a perfect service as things like hot drinks and black pudding are often missing but I understand accidents happen. I have a family of five, so over a month they have over a hundred quid out of me consistently. Tried to order today on just eat, they go offline mid order, so I call them, they ask me where I want my delivery to go (so it obviously didn't suit them, or why ask) they tell me they prioritise factory orders on a Friday - which is understandable - but why be taking orders in the first place If that's the case? bearing in mind I've ordered on multiple Friday's before without hassle. Anyway I'm obviously not a valued customer so I will take my hard earned else where to a consistent service. Unfortunately when a place is good the only way to go...

Absolutely outstanding Quality food and service, Food is always hot and enjoyable. The fresh uncut Farmhouse bread is Gorgeous 👌 Thus is the Best Cafe by a country mile without a doubt, other cafes don't do black pudding or charge £1.50 for an egg in extras 😂🤣 The only downside is when they go off line on a Saturday mid morning which is a massive plus for them as they are obviously snowed under with orders which is a massive plus for them. All in all I cannot express in words how great this cafe is.......try it you will not be...
