The food we had delivered yesterday evening was awful!!!! We never touched the chips as they were dry and hard in the outer and were like they had sat in the heater at the bottom for a while and just was fresh which gave a chewy texture!!! Never ever have we had such a bad portion of chips from anywhere! Then the kebabs looked a mess with the pitta bread basically under the meat and salad on top which couldn’t be eaten like a Normal kebab! It seems to be hit and miss and is down to who makes up the orders, this differs from portion sizes, meat quality and presentation. Out of the last 5 orders 3 have been terrible with us having to write a note on just eat to say how disappointed with the previous order and asked if the could get the quality right. This order came great 👍 but after the order last night will will not be ever ordering again. We are not wasting our hard event money on a business who are so sloppy with their food!! 2 hours from order and still no delivery. Assumed it was due to increased demand, despite being 6 minutes up the road from us. Sent a message via Just Eat - order status gets updated to delivered. Called up asking for an estimated delivery time, they tell me its "very strange" that we're only asking now despite being ordered two hours ago. No apologies, just repeated suggestions that we must have received and were obviously lying. "Up to you, we can resend it or you can ask Just Eat for a refund". Never again. Useless. They don't deserve the business. After going to leave a review on Just Eat.. I can see they are now not taking orders. Consider whether or not you can fulfill peoples orders after taking their money and not accusing...

Ordered online. Order cabab no salad as I'm allergic to tomato and sausage and some drinks. Kebab came with salad and no sausage or drinks. Told the driver he just said phone the restaurant. Phoned the restaurant, didnt bother with the drinks just wanted my food at this point after the 40 min wait. The person who phoned was condescending calling me darling saying they aren't perfect and things get messed up and he's busy. He doesn't have the time to do my order again now. I said it wouldn't have be a problem if he did it correctly kept saying he would send the kebab I asked what about everything else and he was rude interrupting me.
