Worst Costa I’ve ever been to. Firstly the machines and countertops were filthy on ordering and that reflected in the taste of the coffee. Myself and my sister were sat near the condiments station and had finished our coffees and having a good old chin wag as you do in a coffee shop. A staff member at the counter kept looking over at us to the point it made us feel uncomfortable and shouted to her colleague, “why do people stay sat talking when they have finished, do they not realise others need to sit down?!” Very obviously aiming the comment at us. As paying customers, we should be able to sit as long as we please without being made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. The whole of the cafe were doing the exact same as us yet we felt targeted.
