Just about all churches are peaceful, but this one also appears to have parishioners who are very involved in day to day operation. There is a small cafe inside, catering to visitors, and there are displays giving information on work that has been done and work that is going to be done to ensure the church remains an asset to the community, not only in terms of history but in terms of pastoral care. The church welcomes everyone, and stands in contrast to the New Age flavour of the town with its more traditional...

Absolutely lovely church. Recently decorated, its fantabulous. The Xmas trees are great. Really really nice. And the holy thorn? Well, what can I say. Stunning.
