Ordered food online was half an hour late. Freezing cold and chips not cooked properly. Called to complain and ask for refund. Lady manager said I need to scrape the part my partner put in the bin out of the bin to be able to get a refund despite having most food still on plate and in bags and tubs. Laughed at me several times telling me to MICROWAVE my food as that is what All her customers do so this must be an ongoing issue even though she said it wasn't despite saying that. Shocking and disgusting behaviour. Money wasted, starving and such rude customer service. Lost a good customer that has been going for over 1 year. The way she spoke to me was disgusting and the fact they told me to microwave as if that's normal is not ok....

Myself and my wife were here on Wednesday and had Special curry, special fried rice and the Thai Chilli Chicken wings and we were pleasantly surprised by what we tasted, very nice indeed so much so we went back tonight and ordered Tom Yum Soup, Special Red Thai Curry and a special Sichuan which were all magic, oh we also had Peking ribs very delicious and not an over powering taste like most places.. would highly recommend the food we ordered and the staff and chef are very nice and totally friendly. Will defo be going back to try more things, definitely a hidden gem in our opinion Five star...

The last few times I have ordered my order has been wrong or missing items . I use to order a child's noodles and chicken for my son not havi g to add comments extra for the chef. Now they send it full of veg just a wast of money due to my son being allergic to bean sprouts and onion. To be told that it has alway come with these when I know what I order from time to Time. Very rude customer service . Need to pay attention to customers orders . Safe to say after tonight I shall not be...
