Chillies Paisley Road West — Restaurant in Scotland

I was absolutely blown away by my recent takeaway order from chillies paisley road west , this was one of the best takeaway experiences I’ve had.

First off, the ordering process was super smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful when I called to place my order, and the food was ready right on time for pick-up. The packaging was top-notch—everything was securely sealed and came in eco-friendly containers that kept the food fresh and still hot when I got home.

Now, the food—WOW! Every dish was packed with flavor and tasted like it had been freshly made, even though I was taking it away. [Dish 1] was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of flavors, and [Dish 2] was an absolute standout. It’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients, and the portions were generous. I could honestly tell that care went into the preparation of every single item.

First time iv been back in there in many years, before anything else let me say the food was exactly as I remember it and was worth the visit. From the outside of the shop it's looking a bit tired, first impressions, ok maybe not a good idea to judge a book by its cover but I would probably have driven by looking at it from outside. Inside the customer area looks like a jumble sale with boxes thrown on other boxes cluttered all over and stacked high , once again adding to the "I think iv made a mistake stopping here" vibe the place gives off. The staff were nice enough, they smiled but weren't much for chatting. The food prep area looked clean and the food was ready quickly, and one again yes the food was worth it. Had placed an order last night tho just eat, was told it would be delivered by 1:45 it didnt arrive till 2 :27 and when it did eventually arrive it was freezing cold, and when i called back to infrom them of the issue and asked if they could collect it and replace it with food that wasnt cold but was met with unprofessional attitude from staff member of Chillies who would hang up and repeatedly infrom me it wasnt there problem and we dont care was there words and that we would have to contact just eat which i did and they refunded my order, i would highly recommend no one buys from chillies as the food was well below standerd for the money its costs as well as unprofessional and staff members with attitude so i once again highly recommended not buying food...
