Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

There was no one at the till to order or pay for food. I waited ages to get served along with an elderly man who was struggling to stand for so long. When I eventually placed my order, the toasty took 15mins to come, by which time my coffee, (which was the only thing that was nice), was finished. Every ('clean') knife I picked up to use actually had food sticking to it! I returned the whole container to a staff member who grabbed it and walked away while I was speaking to her! The table we sat at had been wiped but it was all smears and sticky. I checked other tables but they were all the same. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience! I would love to know who is responsible for letting this cafè go right...

We had fish and chips. Had them a few times over the years and they were lovely. Today, horrible. Batter was brown and hard, fish was very dry and hard. Horrible. Waitress said it was previously cooked and then warmed up. She offered us another one and it was a lot different, batter was golden and fish was quite tasty.
