I was in with my mum sister who is only 5 and is severely autistic and my 3 aunties and my nephew who is only 2 we were enjoying a lovely lunch until it came to dessert and the old women with blonde hair who was working was extremely rude and abrupt, the kids were standing at the Puggy machine and were just loving all the colours that were goin across the screen the worker then came over furious and and started shouting and being rude asked us to get the kids away from the machine which we did do but they are only young and get running back she then started shouting and bawling and then proceeded to tell us we weren’t getting cutlery for our desserts which then leading to the kids eating there ice cream with there hands she came back two minutes later and slammed 2 spoons on the table for the kids then proceeded to shout and tell us to get out we’re barred and she flung the money on the table back for our desserts . My auntie did raise her voice back but that staff members attitude and tone was disgusting, wouldn’t recommend going especially if u have kids because u will probs end up in our situation...
Read moreQuo vadis has gone a bit down hill since the pandemic. In need of a good paint. No music playing just the sport on tv. We were in here again today(27th July) for lunch. I wanted ham salad Gluten Free Sandwich and they had no Gluten Free bread! Wow! Staff offered a ham salad, the ham was sliced ham from a pack from probably Aldi up the road! And was just a basic salad. Atmosphere not great, could hear a slight bit of music (lounge area) Staff rushed off their feet. Went into bar area where you could hear music a little better. Also another customer wanted fish n chips and they only had haddock fish which is more expensive 😖And another customer asked for kids mac cheese and didnt have but did have adult mac cheese🤔obviously ready made in larger portions. Read moreOver for the weekend as a treat for the boys (and husband) from Northern Ireland and wanted to find somewhere we could Ave food and watch the Arsenal match. Came across here and glad we did. Had Sunday diners which we lovely and one had the SFC chicken burger which he enjoyed. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere was brilliant, very friendly staff and also the other customers.
