2Funky Music Cafe — Local services in Great Britain

Very new to Leicester, I decided to give the 2Funky Music Café a go last night, and MAN was that a good idea! The weather was sun sun sun, and the people were completely gorgeous and so welcoming. The event was catered by local businesses, all of whom were bubbly and offering truly fantastic food, and combined with the independent music artists, it was a night I will remember for the rest of my life.

I would 100% recommend anyone new to the Leicester music/social scene to drop by. The artists were incredible, several singers brought me to tears. The venue itself was fantastic, with rooms soundproof enough to allow an entirely different vibe and experience while walking (or dancing) through.

Everyone was so incredibly welcoming, especially the lads on the door, who were honestly the most charming doormen I have ever met, and the coat room attendants, who gave me a beautiful smile every time I passed by.

I spent a good 6 hours just vibing out at this fantastic venue, and I'm sure anyone with a taste for music and appreciating the talented people who make it would have a fantastic time too. Thank you 2Funky Music Café -...

I like the venue. But don't like the format they use for tribute bands. They don't come on stage till 21:30 then play for about 40 minutes then take a break but I'm not sure how long because I got tired of waiting for them to come back so left. But it was over half an hour waiting around. The band and sound was excellent, nice little beer garden I just got fed up waiting around for the band to come back on. Its an unusual format prefer bands to come on play their set without having a break in-between. It's a shame because they look they have quite a few tribute acts coming up but I won't go back because of this format. Which I think is just done to...

Oh yeah, I had a fantastic time at this place. Was a trance night so obviously I wanted a cool atmosphere and no stupid dress code. Both boxes ticked. Security and bar staff were absolutely sound. Two rooms, one large with bar, the other a decent size also but no bar. No problem though, it only takes 2 seconds to get from one room to the other. There was also a dj on the balcony, which is the smoking area, so music music everywhere! Toilets were clean and had paper even at the end of the night. Would...
